About Us
Welcome
I'm a photographer based in North Kingstown, Rhode Island, specializing in headshots and dance photography. After a long career in corporate America, I transitioned into professional photography-something that began as a passion and has since become my life's work. Now, with over 15 years of professional experience, I focus my creative energy on capturing both the precision of a dancer's movement and the clarity of a strong, confident headshot.
Dance Photography
Dance, especially ballet, has always been my first love. While I photograph a range of dance styles, there's something timeless and expressive about ballet that continually inspires me. I've had the privilege of working with professional dancers, and I've often offered those sessions free of charge as a creative collaboration. For young dancers preparing for auditions, I offer paid sessions to help them present themselves at their absolute best. My dance sessions take place in my larger studio in Pawtucket, giving dancers the space to move and express freely while I focus on timing, light, and form.
Headshots
My home studio in North Kingstown is where I capture professional headshots for actors, executives, and anyone who needs to make a strong first impression. Headshot photography is a significant part of my business, and it's where I've built lasting relationships with clients who return year after year. While I no longer work in corporate America, I love to connect again - talk business, discuss goals and career aspirations, latest management trends etc. It brings back memories!
Other Specialties
We love many genres of photography- not just dance and headshots. I photograph a lot of sports for University of Rhode Island - especially basketball both men and women and volleyball. I love helping models build portfolios, capturing families having fun and classy boudoir sessions. Feel free to ask if you’d like to have photos taken
Outside the Studio
When I'm not behind the camera, you'll likely find me with my Golden Retrievers, on my bike, or with a good book in hand. These moments recharge me and remind me to stay curious, observant, and grounded - traits that I bring into every shoot.
Thank you for visiting. If you're a dancer, a parent, or a professional looking for a portrait that feels honest and refined, I'd love to work with you.
